How long does it take to ship my custom PC?
Custom PC builds typically undergo a 48-hour assembly and stress-testing period. Once quality control is passed, your system will ship via your selected method, usually arriving within 3 to 5 business days.
What is the warranty policy on NZXT components?
We offer a 2-year warranty on most components, while our power supplies often carry a 10-year warranty. Custom BLD systems include a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering all parts and labor.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built PCs may be subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than hardware failure.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States, Canada, and select European regions. Please check our shipping selector at checkout to see if your specific location is serviced.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and financing options through Affirm, allowing you to pay for your high-performance gear over time.
How can I track the status of my build?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a link to our tracking portal. You can see real-time updates as your PC moves through the 'Parts Gathering', 'Assembly', 'Testing', and 'Shipping' stages.
