We want you to be fully satisfied with your NZXT gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most products purchased directly from our store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Support Center and log into your account to select the order you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes and include all cables, manuals, and components to ensure your return is processed without delays.

• 3.
  Ship to NZXT

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
